Fruits of Franklin will have a meeting this coming February on Jubilee Sunday. We will review projects in process and to see if any new needs of our community exist. What a blessing this is as we see God moving in His church and the community. All members are encouraged to participate and any new members who would like to participate are welcomed.
January monthly collections for OCC was a success and these items will be transferred upstairs to a tote marked as January. Collections for February will be accessories for both girls and boys. Sunglasses, children’s jewelry, watches, hair scrunchies, clips, belts, clip on bow ties or ties, wallets etc.
Choir has started rehearsal for the Easter cantata and we would love for anyone to join us on the 3rd and 4th Sunday’s right after church.
Remember to pray every day and add OCC blessing from God as we move through this year towards November. We will have a planning meeting with the OCC regional group and they have asked to use our church on Thursday February 20th from 6-8 pm. Please remember this date and if we could plan around this special occasion in the life of our church, that would be appreciated.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 New International Version (NIV)
16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
